Sample EngagementsOne of the purposes of this web site is to allow prospective collaborators -- both clients and consultants -- to gain important information about our work. We agree with the maxim that you increase the value of your knowledge by giving it away. For that reason, we have taken the somewhat unusual step of including below some sample engagements: descriptions and outlines of the work we did for clients in various areas of organizational development. The areas include group action to create a workflow map, group decision-making, leadership development, a session to refine the process employed by an executive team, group goal-setting, and a session to help members of a team to work more effectively together. Details of the companies to whom the proposals or designs were given are changed but the methods and approaches included allow readers to better understand both the kind of work we have successfully competed for organizations and the participatory methods we have used to accomplish it. These are only a few examples; we have many more outlines for our work in group learning and executive coaching available to prospective customers upon request.
